Traditional maritime assets force a compromise between speed, presence, and cost. Conventional surface vessels are fundamentally restricted to speeds under 50 knots , leaving them too slow to respond quickly across vast perimeters while incurring heavy operational costs. On the other hand, military helicopters provide speed but suffer from exceptionally high CAPEX and OPEX, limited endurance, and zero dual-use flexibility. Mantavia bridges this gap by unlocking the ultra-low altitude layer through Wing-in-Ground (WIG) effect technology. By skimming just above the water’s surface, our unmanned platforms achieve high cruise speeds of 60 to 120 knots with radar invisibility. This delivers the swift response times of an aerial vehicle combined with the ultra-low OPEX and swarming economics necessary for permanent infrastructure protection.
